Current Issue
Since 2014, women have come together at The Nest Community with a common purpose: to ensure valuable textile resources, craft skills, and knowledge are not lost. With a team of 120 skilled volunteers, we operate a Textile Recovery Centre in Brendale, with donations sold through our social enterprise, The Nest Haberdashery. Our recirculated textiles, sewing equipment and notions are a low-cost, high-quality resource for Brisbane’s Maker Community.
